セビーチェ用に購入。燻製オリーブオイルは魚のマリネや全粒粉のバゲット、カルパッチョなど、全てに合います。

味や香りは他のサイトに掲載の通り、素晴らしいもので、特に味の優しい、パンやチーズとの相性がよく、肉や魚とはあまりマッチしません（もちろん美味しいですが引き出し切れていない。） 他の商品と比較して格段に高価なのがネックで普段使いというより週一の少し贅沢な晩酌のツマミに使うとちょうどいいです。

We tried this wonderful smoked olive oil at the wonderful Milsoms at Kesgrave Hall and I decided to track it down online. I ordered two bottles which were promptly and perfectly delivered - well wrapped and handled carefully. The oil is simply gorgeous - just pour a little into a small bowl, add some balsamic glaze, cut some nice bread and dip away to your hearts content!
