ive struggled with insomnia the last 3.5 years and recently found out through a sleep study that i have obstructive sleep apnea. i have an enlarged turbinate on my right side that makes it pretty much impossible to breathe out of my right side. i can only breathe out of my nose at half capacity during the day too, which has reduced my sense of smell to almost nothing. I don’t have a CPAP yet nor have i gone to my ENT for surgery, so i bought these hoping for a temporary solution. right away i noticed a substantial difference in my breathing, and my sleep quality has improved immensely. they stay on all night, although you must endure the area is completely dry, as they don’t adhere well if there are any oils on your skin. i will definitely be purchasing these again until i’m able to find a more permanent solution!

I used to think bad sleep was just part of life. Turns out, I was basically trying to sleep while breathing through a coffee straw. Enter these nose strips, which I now keep on my nightstand like a tiny, sticky oxygen upgrade. You peel one off, stick it across your nose, and that is it. No smell, no taste, no learning curve. Within minutes, my nasal passages open up and it feels like someone quietly widened the hallway in my face. Breathing gets easier, airflow improves, and my body finally stops working overtime just to get enough oxygen while I sleep. The biggest win here is how much better I sleep when I can actually breathe. I fall asleep faster and wake up less during the night. I do not wake up feeling like I ran a marathon through my sinuses. It is not dramatic or flashy, it is just relief, which is honestly better. They stay on well through the night too. I move around a lot in my sleep, and these do not peel off or slide around unless I really mess with them. Removal in the morning is easy, though if you rip it off like you are starting a lawn mower, that is on you. The only downside is that once you realize how much better you sleep with them, you will absolutely notice the nights you do not use one. Sleeping without it feels like a downgrade I did not consent to. If you deal with nasal congestion, restricted airflow, or just feel like you never quite breathe well at night, these are a no-brainer. If you sleep perfectly fine and breathe like an Olympic swimmer already, you probably do not need them. For me, this is an easy 5 out of 5. I cannot sleep without these now, and I am completely fine admitting that a tiny strip of plastic changed my nights for the better.

This things work wonders. I’ve always struggled to breathe properly through my nose. At best, I’d have 50% function from one nostril and it was more work than it was worth. Looking back I’m sure I was mouth breathing more than I realized and at night it was so much worse. Unless I was sleeping facing up towards the ceiling, the pillows would compress my nose and I’d automatically breathe through my mouth. At first it felt kind of weird having them on and the worst part for me, is that I sweat a lot at work so the adhesive comes off fairly quickly and that they’re uncomfortable to use while having my glasses on. Started wearing my contacts more to fix that. Once I got use to them, it’s weird not having them on. It feels so much better and, while it’s not a 100% fix in my opinion, it’s worth having them. Definitely recommend

Same hold, same relief, same effectiveness for getting through the night when allergies have your nose completely shut down. The only meaningful difference is the color of the strip on your face. So who should get the clear version over the tan? Basically anyone who cares what they look like while wearing one — whether that's wearing it during the day, in public, or if you happen to have a partner who will notice a beige strip across your nose while you sleep. If none of those things matter to you, either version does the job equally well and you can just buy whichever is cheaper or has more count at the time. For allergy sufferers specifically, these are a genuinely useful tool for sleeping. When congestion is bad enough that you're waking up or just lying there miserable, having your nasal passages physically held open makes a real difference. No drugs, no interactions with whatever else you might be taking — just mechanical relief, which is sometimes exactly what you need. Solid product, and the 44-count is a practical amount to have on hand without constantly reordering.

This is my first time using it, I immediately started to wear it because I was struggling to breathe through my nostrils as im possibly dealing with an infection and im still being evaluated by my dr. When before putting them on, I felt like my right nostril was very clogged even though im I don’t have any boogers. My nose is clean. When I first put them on, I felt like I was able to breathe through my nostrils and I tried breathing in and out of my nostrils slowly as I don’t want to overwhelm my body with so much air coming in 🥲. I definitely felt some type of relief when wearing this when my nostrils don’t feel as congested. I’m only giving it three stars as im kinda disappointed with the adhesive! It’s such a good product but for some reason it’s not sticking well even after I wash my face and dry my nose as I was instructed to do so. The adhesive still doesn’t stick and it leaves residue and it’s so tough to clean afterwards. This product really has a lot of potential! It does its job and works well if you put it on right! It’s just the adhesion that’s throwing me off! Either way a pretty good product

These work great! My husband uses them for snoring/deviated septum and I honestly did not expect them to work as well as they do! He noticed on the very first night how well he slept! He said he felt like he could breathe so much better! So he puts one on around 8/9pm and takes it off at 5am. Will be purchasing more!

These things are a life saver if you snore. Wear them nightly. Super sticky but comes off with no problem in the morning. Does not fall off in the middle of the night either. Will buy again!

When you put one of these on it does sort of open you airways, so long as the structure of your nasal passages was the problem in the first place. The thing is sometimes the adhesive can be very irritating. It’s not immediate. It’s like a slowly building irritation. The adhesive also stays on your skin and is somewhat difficult to wash off. It is not visible, but it does have a certain feel to it. By design they do peel a bit at the edges. It still works but it does kind of drive me nuts. If you don’t put it in the exact right spot on the first stick then it’s basically wasted. The adhesive isn’t going to stick twice. Very strong! But only on the first stick. I’d recommend you at least try them. If you find the adhesive irritates you (like me) then it may not be for you, but I did feel like it opened my airways even if it was a bit uncomfortable.

Don’t work for more than 3 hours, Due to weakness of its adhesive layer … impossible it’s made of 3M !

Las compre para probarlas y me quedo con ellas. He probado muchas opciones como spay nasal y mas cosas y la opciones de las banditas es bastante buena o inclusive la mejor. Las uso por la noche y me dejas respirar mucho mejor y son muy comodas. Excelente producto.

Strips are rather hard and doesn’t stick very well. I understand that the sides may come off slightly but from my experience it comes off quite a fair bit. I always ensure that my nose is dry and oil free before applying but that doesn’t help. Will definitely not buy this again.
