Purchased the item in November, as of the end of February, the retracting handle does not come out. Piece of trash.

My daughter loved this for our getaway trips and even rolls it around the house stuffing her toys with it. It is nice quality and print design is really pretty. Zippers work well and there are many pockets. Only downside for us is the pockets are a tight squeeze and even the main one is small. It looks like it would be more spacious considering how large the bag is.
