Usually get these at local store but due to self isolating, sought them on line a larger pack but good value my wife takes them as her hairdresser suggested they might strengthen her hair.

easy to swallow small tablets. Taking to much can cause problems -- so best to check whatever stuff you are also taking in case there is zinc in the list. 15 mg is the best dose- apparently.

I take Zinc as part of my regime to keep my chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia under control. If in doubt as to the reason you should take Zinc, look up the benefits of it. Amongst things is diabetes something that seems to be getting out of control. There are lots of vegetables and legumes etc., that have Zinc, however, not in the real amount that your body needs it. Ottimo prodotto offerto ad un prezzo eccellente. Le pastiglie sono da 50 mg, ma lo zinco disponibile in forma ionica è 15 mg. Considerato la biodisponibilità del citrato, ovvero all'incirca del 60%, direi che si raggiunge facilmente la dose giornaliera. Lo usiamo da 2 settimane con frequenza trisettimanale, ovvero abbiamo preso in totale 6 pastiglie. Nonostante tutto abbiamo (io e mia moglie) già riscontrato dei piccoli benefici. Generalmente si assumono per incerto periodo intervallando con un periodo di riposo.Chiunque assuma (come me)un ACE inibitore deve considerare la supplementazione continua dello zinco
