Rimmel Exaggerate Felt Tip Eye Liner, Black, 0.08 Fluid Ounce

This has been my go-to eyeliner for years now, and for good reasons. It glides on your eyelid, doesn't smudge, and has great pigmentation.I can typically go all day without the eyeliner fading off, but on a more humid day you may want to reapply.The felt tip makes application super easy and isn't flimsy. This eyeliner is one of the best for drugstore types!

It is watery but as long as you wipe off the excess on the bottle it's easy to control, It isn't sheer, it is black and doesn't take multiple coats. The reason why it's so bad is the moment you blink or look around or even just move your face in some way the eyeliner will crack, and it's visible to anyone who stands in front of you. Super annoying and it makes you look crunchy.

Bleeds into any crease and doesn’t dry fast at all. The colour is dark and goes on dark, but even with primer it didn’t stay put.

The tip/applicator is very stiff. Does not move or glide at all. Also not very pigmented. Do not recommend.

Beware! This product is extremely hard to remove. I bruised my sensitive eye area trying to get it off.
