Is the panning as smooth as manfrotto? Is it buttery smooth?

Is this tripod compatible with the sony fdrax33?

The 1/4” screw compatible to the equipment with 1/4” screw hole.

does it come with the pan bar handle? I have seen a few people say theirs did not.

Just received my tri-pod and the tilt lock appears to be jammed. I can't get it to budge in either direction. Any ideas?
