First I have to state that I'm not a "power" phone user. I just like a phone that works good, for a good price. I had a Galaxy S6 before this, and while it was just fine for my purposes but it had a lot of features I didn't need and the battery life was horrible. So, I replaced it with this J3 Orbit and I'm totally impressed by this phone. On Total Wireless, this is a great choice for a 5" phone which is my preference. On the other hand, if I wanted a 5.5" phone I'd wait for the next version if the Galaxy J7 (should be called the J7 Crown), or maybe get the unlocked Moto G6.Added 10/23/2018: I want to add that I use this phone during bike rides, simultaneously listening to Pandora and using the Polar Beat app for my workout tracking. I use a Plantronics BackBeat Fit bluetooth headset. I get voice announcements of my workout progress each mile. It works flawlessly. I use the Samsung Sound Assistant app that allows me to adjust the volume of the Pandora music separately from the volume of the Polar Beat announcements. It's awesome!

I bought this to use sort of as a mini tablet. I connect to wifi or a hotspot. I also downloaded all my purchases on google music and can use it as a music player in my car or house. It does everything I need it to. In the future I wouldn't mind buying a j3 orbit or something similar if I could find one that works on my carrier. The only thing that would stop me is that my job I have to have a smart phone. And I need it to be waterproof (which this is not) plus I am spoiled by wireless charging. (Current "real" phone is an s8. But if I were in a pinch most definitely as a backup until I got what I needed.... again if I could find it for my carrier or at least factory unlocked).My point is this phone works exactly like I expected. And I use it for what I intended it to. I would compare its build quality to my old galaxy s4. It doesn't feel "cheap". But I would say the software and memory and all that technical stuff is better .Okay really I bought it.to run a second PoGo account. It works fine for that. It does not have the comparability to do All of the newer AR+ stuff like my s8 does. But I don't really play in AR anyway. So myb5 stars still stand.I can't speak for the tracphone service though since I didn't activate it.

I have this phone and I am very happy with it for the price. I bought this one for a friend as he liked my phone. It claimed to be Safelink compatible but it is not. Buy it if you are not using it with Safelink. I gave it one star only because I could not use it with Safelink.

It works amazing for it's very cheap price and the camera is quite nice! I've never had a problem with storage or battery life. I definitely reccomend this for anyone who needs a phone but doesn't wanna spend hundreds.

Purchased this for the Octa-Core processor. For $55 there's no better phone in terms of CPU speed (that I know of). Just wanted a smartphone to hear music and read e-books but noticed it was actually better than my old Galaxy J7:1) Apps and games runs faster with Octa-Core Processor2) The speaker is very loud3) Screen super bright at max (no problem under the sun)4) Enhances the sound so nice with the integrated Dolby Atmos feature. Never heard of any Atmos thing but, wow, it definitely makes a difference with music.5) it can upgrade to Android 9 using Samsung SmartSwitch6) The camera has night mode (Android 9) and takes clear, gorgeous shots outside.I've always liked Samsung phones.I haven't hooked up the phone service yet but TotalWireless is under Tracphone and the network runs with Verizon. That alone tells me that the service will be perfect here in NYC. Also, I found out that this phone can even be activated with SafeLink.I got this phone also to experiment other options other than Boostmobile cause the people at the store are now charging (aside from the phone prices) $35 for activation, $35 for the chip, and $25 for the monthly phone service ... that's just plain stupid. This phone, with the chip & activation key included, ended up way cheaper and enough than any in the boostmobile store.Now it went down to $40 (always happens to me) but no doubt, if you're looking for a solid low budget smartphone this is it.

Ended up spending 6 hours with technical support to find out the included SIM Card was not good to use, even though my purchase was for a NEW phone. I had to purchase a new SIM Card in order to complete the setup process. Not ideal to have to spend extra money and so much time on setting up what was supposed to be a NEW phone.

I am very satisfied with my purchase (so far). I am a current customer with Tracfone and already had a phone and number with them for over 5 years. My old phone died and I really wanted to buy the J3 Orbit but keep my tracfone service. Since their plans fit my budget and I didn't care for Total Wireless plans. I know that Total Wireless is owned or affiliated with Tracfone but wasn't sure if they would let me transfer this new phone to Tracfone. Well,l I just tried it and it works!The phone itself is an upgrade for me since my last phone was a basic LG smart phone that was over 5 years old. The Samsung J3 Orbit is sleek and stylish. Love the display and size of the phone. Very fast and responsive. I am happy I took a chance and bought this phone.

Forget the negative reviews. This is a Samsung phone with a removable battery and expandable storage for $50. Does it have the best camera or fastest processor? No, but it's far from horrible. This is a great option if you're looking for a phone for your kids, or want a phone that does the basics we use 90 percent of the time without breaking the bank. I bought one for my son as his first phone, and he loves it. He's been watching videos on it, taking pictures, and using Google Duo, which is Google's version of FaceTime. It has a 720 screen which might not be as crisp as the high end phones but its not blurry at all.

En teoria estos telefonos están subrogados por Trac Fone y como contrapeso bloqueados para que solo se puedan utilizar en su compañia, pero por alguna razon estan disponibles para envio a nuestro pais, cuando en el mismo empaque dice que esta prohibida su venta fuera de EUA, como resultado podemos obtener un producto super barato para usarse como mini tablet.Es importante aclarar que no hay manera sencilla de liberar este dispositivo, es casi imposible, no vale la pena.Como tablet es una gozada, 2 GB de RAM, 16 GB de Almacenamiento, Android 8.1, Procesador Octa Core, y Pantalla IPS HD (aunque en las especificaciones indica que es TFT) todo por menos de 30 dolares, super rapido, funcionan juegos y apps populares con bastante soltura, muy buena calidad de audio, la duración de la bateria es muy decente, ideal para entretener a los mas pequeños de la casa, o para alguien que no necesite servicio telefonico.

Muy buen equipo para el precio que lo adquiri $500, es muy rapido y viene actualizado, como indican no viene desbloqueado para México, pero como mini tablet es perfecto.
