Bonbons Barnier Pierrot Gourmand Salted Butter Caramel Lollipops

I was searching high and low for these after a friend gave them to me for a gift which she found at Nordstroms. I did not think I would ever find these since Nordstrom's was doing one of those around the world treat displays and this one was for France. So happy I googled and found these on amazon. They taste amazing - not too sweet and they fit your tongue perfectly. Good adult lolly!

I had first tried one of these little beauties in a meal kit and looked them up on Amazon on a lark. Low and behold, there they were, reasonably priced and nicely presented. These are just enough of something sweet to satisfy and have a very rich taste. Perfect for holiday giving and parties too.

Have to hide these from my children. YUM! Hard lollipops in buttery caramel flavor!

So goodBut...so expensive. Nice idea for a cute gift which is what I'll buy it for in the future.

Love giving these as gifts - very tasty and long-lasting. They are not the Pierrot Gourmand of my childhood perhaps but everyone loves them.

I used to buy these candies at the local French soaps shop and they were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the shop went out of business, so I ordered them online. Unfortunately, the online version has a strong stale taste to it (I randomly tested several candies from 2 different bags and every single one of them tasted stale).

purchase this candy about a year ago2016, what a transformation now...the color is so pale, I think this candy went on diet really hard. the stick used to be made of rolled paper, no longer , now is a plastic stick , at the the end of this lollipop journey, I feel really bad for myself sucking the plastic stick and also the lollipop getting light and so slim. this is the last time , no worth it any more, just my very own experience. sorry
