It does come with wheelie bar but you have to install yourself.

What percent fuel should I use?

Using 20% torco brand fuel in mine.. runs great.

What is included with this car? Do I need to purchase a special battery or a transmitter?

Everything you need is include. The transmitter takes 1 9V battery, the car takes 4 AA batteries and the starter motor uses a rechargable NiMH battery included with the kit. This car is awesome but I ruined the first engine because I didn't follow the proper breakin procedure.Find a large parking lot and follow the breakin instructions perfectly. Squeeze the throttle gently for the first 10 runs and do not run at wide open throttle until the engine is completely broken in. I replaced the engine and have run in every couple of days for the last year without any troubles.

What is the difference between regular jato and stadium jato?

There is only one jato,,it's considered a "stadium truck"..
