Bad quality for money and not refundable
The finish of the product is not what it sees on the pictures. the finish is very dull and the holes are not really good for inserting incense sticks Also no possibility for refund In short - too expensive for marginal product

Holes are very shallow. Incense sticks keep falling.
There is no hole in the middle of the incense holder. And all the holes are so shallow, they can't properly hold the incense sticks. The sticks keep falling. What's the use of it, when it can't fulfill the purpose of an incense holder. Might be a defective piece. But when the seller does not even give the possibility for replacement, then there should quality check on the items.
