Absolutely love my steamer so much better than a mop . It's a pleasure to use it . Even though you don't need to use chemicals after I have cleaned my floors my whole flat smells so fresh . Great that you have different connections so you can clean the bathroom, sofa , rugs carpets kitchen. I wish I had bought one of these years ago. I cannot go back to a mop and bucket. Love this steamer, easy to use and works really well. I add a little pet friendly steam cleaning liquid in with the water to add a fresh smell even though the instructions say use only water. Cord length is very good, much longer than my last one. Use on tiled floor and carpets.

Love this steamer. Heats up really quick. I clean my kitchen Lino my laminate flooring and carpets. Great to get the dog smells away. The pads are easy to clean. Would recommend this product.

Terrible, broke after 2 uses! Save your money! Company did not get back in contact after emailing them - wish I’d brought a main branded mop
