My mother has been using SSP Hing since decades. We would get it at a small shop in our hometown. My Mom is an excellent chef and is known for her culinary skills. Her reputation is " She just needs to boil water and add a oggarane (tadka), it becomes the most delicious rasam!!" Well, She and I accept that it has an SSP factor. I being in a transferable job could not procure this Hing all times. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is available on amazon and immediately ordered a 125gm jar. Girls and Guys who value home cooking please go for it. SSP is totally value for money. The product is superlative, you need only one third quantity of the other Hings which you may have used. Beleive me you, it will elevate your cooking to entirely another level, even a simple tadka with ssp hing and mustard can make any rasam, gojju, pickle, sambar heavenly. I was delighted to see the package and also surprise gifts along with it by SSP. SSP is my mother's favorite, so as mine and now I pass on to my daughter the love of this condiment. Thank you SSP for an amazing product which has so many fond memories attached to the aroma.

One of the best brands and the quality of hing is superb. The quality is much more than what we pay for.
