Fun for all ages!
Got it for my dad as a birthday gift and he loved it! Very entertaining even for an adult and the lights and sound work well. Lightweight and goes relatively fast. I would recommend!

Very Satisfied
This remote control car is very realistic and fun. It is very durable. I bumped it a few times and it didn't get dented or scratched. It's a great car.

Great model. Failed motor controller.
Gorgeous little 4x4 with incredible detail! It worked great for the week after Christmas but has since stopped working as though the ESC has failed but the speed controller appears to be built into the main board.

Good value for the money.
One rear tail light is not working, but otherwise good initial quality and works well. Good value for the price, and our 5 year old loves it.

A Comparison of the Double EE D90 to the MN D90
The Double EE D90 is more scale detailed than the MN D90, and it comes with the detail bits already assembled, unlike the MN D90 where you have to assemble them yourself. That is a plus. But the chassis, motor, and electronics are about on par with the MN D90. And unlike the MN D90 where there are many repair and upgrade parts on Amazon, as far as I can tell, there are no repair and upgrade parts available for the Double EE D90 on Amazon. That is a minus. So when your Double EE D90 breaks, it becomes a shelf queen. By far the most decisive factor for me is the price. The Double EE D90 is double the price of the MN D90! It is not worth twice the price! If there were repair and upgrade parts available it should be priced about the same as the MN D90. The Double EE D90 seems to be offered at sales prices and coupon prices. I purchased mine at a coupon price of half its regular price, and I thought that was about right at the time. One minor note: A picture says that the roof rack and light bar are removable. I assumed that meant easily removable. They are not easily removable! The roof rack is screwed on by four screws from inside the cabin. To unscrew these screws properly, you must remove the body from the chassis. And you must remove the interior from the body. Hardly easy! A more direct way to remove the roof rack is to drill out the screws from the top using a small bit (screw size) with a Dremel. I abused mine so that you don't have to. It ran satisfactorily on pavement using a 3S lipo battery, weighted to lower the center of gravity (CoG). But the motor burned up on the very first grass run in the same configuration. So now mine is a shelf queen. Despite all this, I would purchase one more, if it were on sale at half price again. I am curious to see its longevity at 3S, but unweighted, and only on pavement. I would lower the CoG by popping off the lower spring retention platforms from the shocks instead of weighting the vehicle. Of course, the vehicle is only supposed to be run on a 2S battery. But where is the fun in that?...
