So far this sheet has been the best. No signs of damage to smooth side after a few dozen prints. Easy to remove prints once the sheet has cooled a little.Only used the textured side a few times so far but all good, flex and prints pop off with ease at anytemperature.

Order arrived and the item was used, possibly a prior returned item from a dishonest buyer who damaged the item and returned.Textured side had left over material and signs of a print, smooth side had been printed on with the nozzle too low, gouging the first layer into the PEI sheet ruining the item, the photos are as the item was removed from packaging.
