Sublime fragrance and flavor
I absolutely love this honey !! I have have bought many many different kinds of honey from all sorts of flowers (even frankincense) and consider myself to be somewhat of a connoisseur and I like this the best. Tupelo comes in second although it is totally different. This sainfoin honey has a lovely floral fragrance and a flavor to match. I try to always keep it on hand. It is great on toast and by the spoonful straight out of the jar to allow one to fully enjoy the flavor.

Excellent shipping time and it was probably the most sensible and safe packaging I’ve seen from amazon. If you are familiar with Asian and Eastern European then you know it’s not the same as Western honey in taste. This honey isn’t as strong as Siberian or Russian varieties, which is a good thing I my opinion. This honey is best used in recipes as opposed to in tea or eating straight.

Tastes great!
Great Natural honey - you will be not able to find anything like this in the store, very natural with a great rich aroma. It is my third purchase from this Brand, but I personally love their White Honey- my favorite!

Funky Looking "Scum" on Top of Honey
I was afraid to eat the honey because of the funky looking scum on top of the honey. My first thought was that someone spit inside the jar. I would not recommend this product.

I do eat honey all year around to keep me healthy. I do like this honey - it's very creamy !!

Not good
I had two more bottles that smelled just as rancid. I am a honey lover and I bought this brand to try. I got two different flavors and bought the third by accident. All three bottles smelled so bad, as much as I hated to be wasteful, I had to discard all three bottles. I definitely will not purchase this brand again. I don’t usually give a bad review, but for the sake of others - Be careful if you have a weak stomach and a good sense of smell.
