Why it didn't come in a new box woth no instructions or recipe book

I ordered a new product but got a refurbished one. No instructions. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, there's no way I could give this to anyone. Absolutely furious. Worst purchase ever.

Gift for my sister so i havent used it. But so far its great and she loved it.

Buttons are in a different language still using didn’t freeze first item we tried to turn into a sushi

Overall it is a pretty good product. I would recommend it. It can take a bit of time to get the drinks slushie enough

Does not freeze up at all. Been running for over four hrs

Purchased the Ninja Slushee for our family at Christmas, and we’ve used it every day since. It’s incredibly easy to make slushies, and cleanup is quick and simple. It also came with two cups, which is a nice bonus. It’s not very loud which is nice.

Acheté dans 7n boite ouverte. Elle est très belle et fonctionnelle. Il manquait juste une paille à l intérieur.

les verres étaient endommagés. La machine est en bon état et fonctionne bien, toutefois les verres sont arrivés endommagés.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon Ninja Slush. Il fonctionne tres bien et me rend très heureuse! Je rêve d’en avoir un depuis longtemps et j’ai finalement eu la chance de m’en procurer un remis à neuf. Le seul détail négatif que j’ai à dire est qu’il est arrivé un peu sale.. l’intérieur du contenant avait des traces de liquide sécher.. ça ma laisser un peux sur ma soif.. Je l’ai bien laver et utiliser par la suite! Pour le reste, 10/10
