These soft capsules are very easy to swallow too. I have struggled with iron supplements that have always “backed me up” if you catch my drift, or just upset my stomach. Then I found I couldn’t donate blood anymore. The last few times I tried to donate I was way too low. Taking this really helped and gives me more energy as well! Reasonably priced and vegan. Review: Great! - I love these supplements. They aren't hard on the stomach and since they are a lower dose than most iron supplements I can take them daily. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0714BPQGB | | Brand | amazon basics | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 7,920 Reviews | | Flavor | Unflavoured | | Flavour | Unflavoured | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00842379103094 | | Item Form | Capsules | | Item Weight | 142 g | | Manufacturer | Amazon Elements | | Manufacturer Part Number | TRBO1-20JN20864 | | Model number | TRBO1-20JN20864 | | Number of Items | 1 | | UPC | 842379103094 | ## Product Details - **Flavour:** Unflavoured - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 00842379103094 - **Item Form:** Capsules - **Item Weight:** 142 g - **Manufacturer:** Amazon Elements - **Number of Items:** 1 - **UPC:** 842379103094 ## Images ![Amazon Elements Iron 18mg, Vegan, 195 Capsules, 6 month supply - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/619nTXaPAjL.jpg) ![Amazon Elements Iron 18mg, Vegan, 195 Capsules, 6 month supply - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71bp+0cGrkL.jpg) ![Amazon Elements Iron 18mg, Vegan, 195 Capsules, 6 month supply - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ShVOD7zkL.jpg) ![Amazon Elements Iron 18mg, Vegan, 195 Capsules, 6 month supply - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71DkCTVx1UL.jpg) ![Amazon Elements Iron 18mg, Vegan, 195 Capsules, 6 month supply - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61VyU6d3F6L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this Iron chelated?** A: The iron in this pill comes from ferrous bisglycinate, which is a chelate. **Q: does these turn your poop black?** A: I’m a year late but I hope you’re still alive. Too much iron will turn your poop black and bloody. If you’re seeing this please stop taking these and seek medical attention. **Q: Does this iron supplement include Heme?** A: Best way to get heme iron is to actually eat red meat and don’t cook your meat till it’s all brown. Do you want a pink in the middle, At least. If you have an iron deficiency, you should definitely be eating meat. I am severely anemic from being veg@n. It ruined my body. I haven’t been vegan for a very long time, but I was veg@n for 10 years and, most veg@ns have iron deficiency’s and it for me. It’s a good idea to eat. Just eat a steak to get your heme iron and of course, take your supplement with a vitamin C **Q: Had anyone checked this product link on fakespot dot com?** A: I haven't. All I know is that it raised my blood iron from too little to enough. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent easy to swallow iron supplement that does not upset your stomach, or “ back you up!” *by S***L on 13 May 2026* Excellent iron supplement that does not upset your stomach and almost instantly raised my iron levels.
