I've purchased two sets of these and have had no issues with any of the pulleys or bearings.
I purchased the 20 Teeth 4mm Bore 6mm Width set of 5 twice ( I needed 8 idlers). They have all been fine. No issues of any kind. I've come to trust Winsinn as one of my main suppliers for my DIY 3d printing mechanical parts.

Buy them for the cute grindy sound they will make when they explode!
These are perfect for things like slowly rotating a ball of yarn while your grandma knits. But if you even think about using them for anything with more radial load or >single digit RPMs, the bearings will simply sublime into the air like like the last puff on a barely-burning cigarette. Of course you might think you'll get lucky, or that thousands of reviews from people who gave them five stars! because they were cheap and round and shiny and came with Prime shipping are worth something. But the bearings in these are both low quality and extremely small, and the combo means you really can't count on these to spin freely for very long.

3d Printer fixed
My Anet A8 printer started making rattling noises I hadn't heard before, but couldn't quite figure out what was causing them, though clearly had to do with movement on the x axis. Not long after that, it froze up so it was easy to figure out one of the pulleys wasn't working. I ordered this to replace it and it's restored to normal function. Now I have 4 spares for backup parts.

about average for cheep chines bearings
used on a custom-built 3d printer wanted 3 mm through holes. problem with 3 mm hole is bearing are always trash due to small size. so far went through 3 of the five expected the last two to fail soon. if you can make it happen, try and upgrade to a 5mm hole will get more bearing and likely have longer survivability otherwise cheap chines is really your only option on amazon.

Exactly what I needed
I had a specific need to add a GT2 belt pulley to a location that already utilized and M4 mount screw. M3 and M5 pulleys were common an easy to come by but I had a harder time finding something that would mount on an M4. These were relatively inexpensive, were available with prime shipping, arrived on time and packaging was sufficient to protect the pulleys. Perfect solution! I’ve bought two of these packs now and have included links in the bill of materials for multiple linear motion projects. I’ll have no worries buying again from winsinn when I need more.

Worth while pulley set
Pulley set is made of a high quality aluminum, spinners function well, diameter matches description. Bought it for an Ender 3 Pro 3D printer but found out it does not work to replace any of the toothless pulleys on it. Diameter is too wide for front and side belt toothless pulleys and the inner hole diameter does not fit the screw for the back pulley. Will use these though on a Kossel 3d printer for the top pulleys. Price is reasonable for the construction.

They seem fine
I bought these. They seem fine. All spin true; no wobbles, etc. No noticeable manufacturing residue. Bearings seemed clean but not pre-lubricated, so I put some oil on them. I have not installed any yet (they're spares, because I just used-up my last existing spare), so I'm hesitant to give them a 5 star. Consider this an enthusiastic 4 star (because it's hard to give a 5 star when you haven't actually used the product yet.) If you're thinking of buying them, go for it, because they seem at-least decent quality.

A good purchase if you need this type of item for a DIY project.
These were purchased as part of a project to build a DIY CNC router. I have no complaints and they do what they need to do. No cosmetic defects, no mechanical issues. These rotate smoothly and don't have any issues that I have noticed. Overall, if you think you need something like this in your project, the WINSINN product is a good choice.Full disclosure: This review was made as part of the early reviewer program. If I reviewed this product without this program, I would have given the same rating.

crunchy bearings, wrong dimensions - pile of expensive scrap
From 10 units not even one had bearing which worked - every single one worked like it had sand instead ball bearings inside. Total height of pulley is 14mm not 13mm as it should be.

Piece of garbage
Bearing was working fine for a week or so. After my 8 day print, I do another one after that and it starts making noiseThen after a day in my print, layer shift appeared. Opened my printer up and saw the bearing exploded. Like whats going on with the QC from this vendor
