OtterBox iPhone 17 Profile Series Case Compatible with MagSafe - Black - Ultra-Thin, Stylish Minimalist iPhone Case

I’m on my 4th case for the 17 Pro. I saw this one because I used an Otter Box Defender on my 14 Pro and used a belt clip. Read the reviews and got this one. Very impressed with the quality and the fit. Installed easy just snapped in. It’s a little thin for my hands but it works well. It’s not slippery and feels good. Protection is very good, sturdy and solid. Have to get used to the clear portion on the back. MagSafe works well and I found the Encased belt clip fits perfect. Great case and worth the money.

Great phone case. I got it on sale, but would I pay the full $40 some dollars? No. But I can say this - I know I'm getting a quality case. Some may say that you'd rather get a $10 rip off, but I can assure you. As someone who spends days picking out the right phone case, comparing reviews, reviewer photos, etc. The rip off ones have a chance of becoming discolored, stained, warped, or have bad cut outs. I have seen many phone cases, more the black ones, turn into a weird yellow silver and lighter colors that discolor in patches with no hope of cleaning it off from many, many other reviewers. This Otterbox case has edges that feel sturdy, dense and not a cheap silicone rubbery feel. The glass is crystal clear and overall the case is rigid, not concerningly flexible. The magsafe magnet also has no issues and is strong. I recommend this case. Also note that the camera cut outs stick out a good amount to protect your lenses from falls. I've actually already dropped my phone twice on hard flooring and there's no damage whatsoever.

Very sleek, clean case. Love that the branding isnt huge and plastered on the back but rather very subtle on the side. The buttons arent too clicky, which I personally like. The cut out for the camera button on the side is perfect, the case doesn't get in the way or does it feel uncomfortable. The texture on the back is very grippy and the cut out for the camera is raised to protect it more. I personally dont use magsafe accessories so I cant comment on that part.

Great case, the ridge around the camera bump is very high and protects the bump very well. The buttons are a little stiff but over time they should loosen up. The mag safe circle works fine and the indent for the button n the lower right side offers another grip point when pulling it out of your pocket. Sturdy, looks good, thin design, easy to put on, and gets the job done.

I have been trying to find a good case since I got my phone a couple months ago. I’ve been wanting this case for a while but have been trying to find a cheaper one because 40 dollars is still a lot of money! Though, I do not regret this purchase one bit! It is a very nice and protective case, also I lot how the edges are raised to protect the screen. It seems very durable but is still easy to use and install to my phone!

The item itself has a really low drop rating and I would recommend a different case. The “rubber” outside is a nice color but that’s about it. It doesn’t have a good feel and isn’t textured or have any grooves to provide grip. Also, some additional information regarding the purchase and subsequent shipping really makes me regretting making this purchase. For a little backstory, I purchased item as “new” on December 10th. Was supposed to be delivered on December 11th. December 11th comes and goes with no delivery. Then I receive a message from Amazon saying there’s a delay. I had just gotten a new phone so I needed a case. I submitted a cancellation request for the order. I got an automated generic response saying that I would receive an email to follow up regarding the cancellation. I still have not received an email. Days later (December 14th) I receive a notification that the product was being processed at the Amazon facility. I submitted another cancellation request, because the site gave me the option, only to receive a message saying that the item was being shipped and couldn’t be cancelled. The item was still at the Amazon facility. The item is finally delivered on the 15th, 5 days from the original purchase date. The product received was not new in the box. I have purchased many Otterbox phone cases before and am well aware of their packaging. Instead, I received a phone case in a second hand plastic bag. I took the phone case out and there were clear scratches on the case as well as a crack in the lower left corner and also right near where the MagSafe magnet is (see pictures). There were also other smudges on the case. It was clearly a used product from a previous return and then resold as “new”. Very disappointing from both Ottorbox and Amazon. The item was fulfilled by Amazon so it wasn’t even a third party. Very disappointing that Amazon would do something like this. Get a case from an actual cell phone store or retailer where you can actually see/touch the case. I hope this helps whoever is thinking about purchasing this case.

Very attractive case. Fits perfectly on iphone 17 pro max. What is special is that this case actually works with magsafe wireless charging. Many cases advertise this but few deliver. The otterbox does work. Grip on sides is good as the colored edging has a nice grip.

Fits absolutely perfectly. I want to say how happy I am with the packaging. Simple recycled cardboard box. No plastic and other crap you peel off and throw away. That’s the type of company I like to support. Great job otter box on the product and packaging.
