Excellent customer service, shipped fast
Excellent customer service for my specific needs for the nonprofit. Lovely and helpful conversation. The order was then placed and I received the order just 3 days later. Unreal! Used the seal (pressing firmly) on 140lb weight paper and it worked - not as deep as regular printer paper, of course - but still readable and embossed.Absolutely thrilled thus far. Should there be updates, I'll aim to give more feedback.

Not for arthritic hands!
The imprint is clear but I'm hoping that as I continue to use it, the inserts will lose their sharpness. I've had it cut through some pages but I attribute that to the fact it's brand new. It should dull with age but no matter what, it still requires quite a bit of pressure to get a decent imprint. I ended up ordering a free-standing one when my hands hurt too much to squeeze this embosser. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the product and I would recommend it.
