The Collected Works of Oscar Wilde (Special Editions)

Good one... though price is on the higher side(Wordsworth classic)

I got this book for a class and it worked well for most things. Unfortunately for me the Wordsworth edition had the three-act version of The Importance of Being Earnest as opposed to the earlier four-act version, and the Robert Ross edition of De Profundis as opposed to the complete letter penned by Oscar Wilde. Otherwise it's a solid collection.

For anyone who wants to read the most of Wilde, this is a well-made yet inexpensive choice. This is not remotely an effort to examine Wilde - his life, his times, his inspirations - as much as his work, so be sure your goal is strictly to read his work. In that respect, however, you can't go wrong.
