Gaspari Nutrition SizeOn, The Ultimate Hybrid Intra-Workout Amino Acid & Creatine Formula, Increased Muscle Volume & Muscle Recovery (Grape Cooler)

I tend to be going towards these intra workouts . This works great. Great to drink during my workouts and noticing I’m putting good size and muscle on. Good energy. Flavors taste good. The only thing that has me concerned is the cancer and reproductive warning on the back. It sounds worse then it is really. I looked up the p65 warnings. It said it’s possible something in this has come across something then can cause those issues. Not for sure though. It’s just a warning they had to put in there by law. If anyone knows more on this please share thanks.

Been using SizeOn for years, and know several serious bodybuilders and power lifters that use it as well. I personally use it diluted by using a half scoop per about 16oz of water. Otherwise its too sweet and syrupy. As for my experience with it, I use it for my intra-workout drink, particularly when doing my upper body split. Just gives me that "extra" energy and spark I need without feeing like a stimulate. Results? I routinely hit my personal best lifts on a regular basis. Ironically my girlfriend started using it too, although she's not a big fan of the taste. Bottom line, it gets the job done which is all I'm after.

I've been using Size on to keep my shape as I'm loosing an incredible amount of weight. It's definitely helped me keep my muscle, and I've noticed some muscle gains especially in my upper body as I'm losing weight, which is hard to do. I will continue to use Size on, I just think the Fruit Punch tastes better than the grape.

I've taken SizeOn in the past with great results. I gained well over 30lbs over the course of about 12 months using it with Superpump Max and a mix of MyoFusion and Casein proteins. I took a break from it and Creatine in general for about 7 months and switched to Controlled Labs' Purple Wraath for my intraworkout supplement. I stopped gaining and felt weaker, and uninspired when I worked out. Since switching back to SizeOn, I noticed my strength gains and size gains once again. This time I take BullNox as my preworkout, SizeOn as my intra, and a mix of AllWhey/MyoFusion/Caseins post workout/bedtime. One thing people may not like, is the taste. You CAN acquire a taste for it pretty easy, I did. But the first few workouts, you may not like it very much. It does get much easier to drink, and the results are well worth the adjustment. The Fruit Punch flavor is probably the easiest for a newcomer to take. I personally like the Grape the best, and my brother doesn't like it so he won't steal it, haha.

This Product is one of the Worst , I’ve tried .. the taste is really bad !!! The product is Overhyped by guys , that take everything from Steroids, to HGH , Test , etc etc etc !! They make you believe, that the size on !! Is how they got that big !!! No way !!! Not a chance!!! I’ve tried everything under the Sun!! And this product, is just horrible!! Straight up money grab !! Save your money !!

I would buy this product and use it continuously if it weren't so pricey. I bought a few tubs on sale for cheap so price-wise it was definitely worth it. For reference, for other gym goers, i consider myself an intermediate lifter. My big 3 lifts are ~405/275/335 for DL/BP/SQ. This product is an intra-workout product, so i usually drink it throughout my workout at rather consistent pace. I usually fill it up in a blender bottle and refill it with water as I drink from it. I usually dont drink an intraworkout, though I have tried purple wraath and Xtend in the past (BCAA products). This product, however, is mainly a creatine and carb product. It does have some protein in it. I used this product while running the PHAT program by Layne Norton. PHAT is a high frequency, high intensity program, and SizeON complemented it perfectly. I noticed speedy recoveries and less muscle soreness despite the high amount of sets/reps. I would definitely buy this product again. Highly recommended if you have the cash or find a good deal.

I've used the wild berry punch flavor for abt a year. The after taste was horrible. It left a funky smell on my shakers. The grape cooler is exellent. No after taste and no smell. It tastes like a grape drink. Mixes well and has the same effect as the berry. Great recovery. And if ur a little sluggish going to the gym it'll give u a boost if sipped as an intra.
