Silky and a large scarf. Use it as a wrap or enhance a monochrome outfit. A hint of burgandy and creams and blacks. Well made.

I am very happy with the quality of all aspects of this scarf: the fabric is mulberry silk peau de soie, with a slight sheen, lovely. Both the printing and rolled hem are of high quality, and it is very generously sized, especially for the price. I didn’t really want a scarf this large, but I chose it for its colors: I really wanted one that would tie together my lighter neutrals, beige, ivory, and white. This one does that beautifully, and also has a little black in it to tie that neutral in as well. I like that the label is in English (many imports say 100%, then an Asian language symbol that I can’t verify means silk). Also, the label is a loop that can be used to hang the scarf, at least on my rack with very fine hooks, but I don’t like the placement at one end of the scarf, which makes it too long to hang in most situations, and might show when wearing the scarf. I know almost all manufacturers place the labels there, so I usually move them to the center of the long side, where it ends up behind the neck, or remove them and replace them with a matching ribbon loop where I want it. Great item!

I ordered my black, brown and white patterned shawl without much expectation. For the price, I thought I'd get usable but inferior silk. Imagine my delight when the scarf looked better in person than in the Amazon photo. The feel of it seems sensual. There is a red-rust accent I missed before receiving it. This mulberry silk is not thick, but makes up in quality and versatility -- and that affordable price -- for the low momme count.The pattern can be folded in any number of ways and worn as many ways as your fashion flair dictates.One Quibble with the way Amazon allows sellers to skip vital information regarding fabric content and other customer info. This lovely scarf was such a surprise because no momme count (the measure of silks' thickness). Hence my low expectations.I have the same issue with searching for cotton clothing. Searching for "all-cotton" brings up garments with little or no cotton. One is forced to click open each thumbnail and scroll down to find fabric information. Invariably my "all-cotton" finds are debased with polyester and other factory-made fibers. If it doesn't breathe you might as well walk around wrapped in plastic wrap. That's the reality here in sub-tropical South Florida. My southern Texas friends make the same complaint.Do buy one of these fabulous shawls. They are a steal.

Absolutely beautiful I ordered several inexpensive scarves to wear post thyroid surgery. This one beats them all and coordinates easily with most of my wardrobe. Soft, ample and brilliantly colored.

I ordered this to use as a playsilk scarf and absolutely love it. Playsilks are an inspiring and imaginative sensory and engagement toy for young babies, toddlers, or children with neurodivergent developments, but they're also just a lovely and aesthetically soothing way to have gentle moments with my children in general.This scarf is larger and more economical than the brand name playsilks, though not as good quality - but it works all the same, and washes well/air dries with no issues. I ordered this silk in rainbow and have used it for my kids as an accessory in many games. Most notably, my daughter just enjoys "running underneath the rainbow" where I gently keep the scarf afloat as she runs underneath it. I'm sure it does look beautiful from her perspective, but the visual memory of my angelic baby girl running happily beneath a silken rainbow is a beautiful image for me, too! Definitely recommended.
