Do you hand wash these or put them in the washer?

Just put them in the sink with water and soap for at least 4 hours then hand wash it, it will stay longer that way. Love them , they are good quality

these smell so so bad. Straight up like fish. After washing it it still smells. What have others done to make it go away?

Mine didn’t smell like that and I am very sensitive to odors. Perhaps you received a used pair?? Happened to me once when I ordered a pair of leggings that smelled really bad and were obviously used with a stain. Disgusting but it happens. I would return if I was you.
