I used the silicone bannetons and they hold in too much moisture and dough gets a skin pretty quickly in the refrigerator so I purchased these. They’re awesome! Made well, keeps moisture at bay, the loaves no longer produce a skin and the dough doesn’t stick, materials releases from dough very easily and the material is so easy to clean. I won’t ever go back to silicone. Great price and they work perfectly.

This is a nice set however, I find that I don’t really need everything in it. The proofing basket has worked freight for my sourdough bread and I use the bread scorer however, the rest of the items I really don’t use.

Good quality but they have a hard time staying upright due to tiny bottom. I love the size.

I guess I didn't quite understand what these were made for. They were beautiful and sturdy. I thought that they were just to place baked items in for a dinner. But that was my fault since I did not understand what they were meant for. I ended up keeping them although i'm not sure what i'm going to do with them.

These are exactly what I wanted, after researching for over two months. The quality is impeccable. Completely real wood, the cotton inserts are real thick cotton material and made exceptionally well. They come with a little cotton dust bag too, so the baskets stay dust free. I will definitely be buying a couple more when I start making more bread in the autumn. Buy them, you won't be disappointed! Well worth the money.
