Q: Would this stuff work on a large area of a worn boat seat cusion and remain soft?

I am sure it will NOT work on the boat cushion. I did my dash and after one summer the dash began to crack again it the areas I repaired. It went on nice and looked good when it was done but just did not stand up to the heat. It is not flexible enough for a cushion. Why not go to an upholstery repair shop. I am sure an auto body repair shop in your area can recommend one.

Q: MIne did not come with hardener. Can I use regular bondo hardener?

Q: Could this be used as a filler for a foam steering wheel?

Yes, but I think the density of this material would be a little higher than the steering wheel, but I think it would work.

Q: Does this product come with the plastic welding rod?

No, it only comes with the cream hardener.
