Very easy to install.  Used a box cutter to trim and no need to drill holes before nailing.  Used liquid nails as well as small nails.  Trimmed with pvc quarter round.  painted over the nails.  Looks great.  I'm a 72 year old woman with little experience and I surprised everyone including me.

Writing to Amazon over these.....poor quality, literally chipping.. Not just ready to apply to wall, seems like it will need painted. Way overpriced!!!
