I read the reviews on Amazon while I was planning this purchase. I noticed many people had recurring complaints. Those were as follows1. Consistency (Viscosity) of soap in refill pack is worse than soap sold in 1Ltr bottle/Adulterated with water2. Quantity of soap is not 2Ltrs3. Soap was foaming when I received the pack/ There was foam in the pack4. Received Leaking pouchSo I decided to go ahead with the purchase and see for myself if I face any those issues.I bought another 1Ltr bottle locally to compare it with this refill pack.The refill pack I Received was manufactured in March 2020, I had placed the order in July 2020.Here are my observations.1. I received sealed pack. And no leakage during shipping was observed.2. Yes it was foaming when I opened the pack aright after it was delivered, but its because of shaking during shipping. I shook the 1Ltr bottle (Locally Bought) to see if it foams, and yes it too foams when you shake it. If you leave it for couple of hours all bubbles and foam disappears.( I let the liquid clear out and all foam to disappear after the shake test)3. I had two 1Ltr Surf excel containers lying around. I filled up water in 1 Ltr milk measurer and poured it in the empty surf bottle and marked the water level in both 1Ltr bottles.. After emptying the bottles I poured the refill pouch in those bottles. I can confirm there was 2Ltr soap in the refill pouch. Level markings checked out.4. There are more scientific ways to compare consistency (Viscosity), but I went with filling the cap of the 1Ltr surf bottle with liquid from refill and another cap with Surf soap bought locally, and emptying it in bottles at the same time to see if it takes approx. same time to pour out. It Does. Consistency of soap from refill pouch and 1Ltr bottle (Locally Bought) was very much the same. (If you fell like pouch soap is not thick enough, that may be because of bubbles. let the bubble disappear and then compare.)Conclusion: Rest assure, if you receive a sealed non leaking pack, all is good. Go ahead.Soap is fine, Smells Decent, Leaves no soap stains.

The media could not be loaded. The product is nice, very good for use with top load machines. I used it with my Samsung Top Load fully automatic machine and got very good results. The clothes washed were clean and had a pleasant fragrance. For soiled or dirty parts, directly applying the liquid to such part and leaving it for a while before washing it in the machine works on most occasions. I have been using this product for over 2 years now and would certainly recommend it to anyone who has a top load washing machine.
