Only and only for beginners.
This is only and only for beginners if you've been doing any workouts before, don't buy. You will feel like it's not 18-30kgs. Ain't worth the price, although quality is fine.I've a resistance band from fitbolt something like that and it's the same as it as but that is cheap like 300₹.look yourself. Second hand is from other brand and i don't consider the Amazon basics band.

Good quality band for stretching exercises, I don’t why others are complaining when they workout for few minutes, they must use bands for proper muscle stretching and resistance exercises not to loiter around with it.
