Totally worth it
This chiller is awesome. Super easy to set up — had it running in no time. The pump and filter are a huge plus. I used to do ice baths without a filter and the water would get nasty fast. Now it stays clean and clear with way less effort. It cools the water down to 48°F pretty quickly and keeps it there no problem, even with daily use. And it’s way quieter than I expected — I can barely hear it running. No more bags of ice or constant cleaning. Totally worth the money.

Circulation pump died after a couple weeks, need a replacement
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Leaving this as a review since there's no way to contact the seller for support. I've been using this for a couple weeks and it works OK for the most part, but the auxilliary pump just died so the system no longer works. If the seller will contact me and replace the pump I can avoid having to return the whole thing, and then I can update this review.

Solid chiller that cools bigger tubs well
The media could not be loaded. This chiller is solid. I’m a big diy guy so I’m pretty critical on stuff made from China.I have the XXL Audacia tub which is about 216 gallons. I live in Dallas and the tub is located outside, but in the shade. Currently it’s about 96 degrees out each day and the tub is at 46 - 48 degrees. Note it takes about 2 - 3 days of letting the chiller run to finally get to that temp in this Dallas heat. The chiller is quiet and it works well. Some of the other reviews regarding the weak fittings are legit but this is easily solved by just buying some brass fittings off amazon and replacing the plastic ones. You want 1/2” barb to 1/2” npt female brass fittings. The other thing I recommend is getting some brass valves that you can install in the cooling hoses. That way you can shut off water flow if you ever have to disconnect one end of the hose for maintenance work or moving things. That should be a 1/2” to 1/2” barb brass valve connector.Overall this thing works well and cools a much larger tub than it says it can in Texas summer heat. I’m glad it does this otherwise the alternative would have been buying a 1hp chiller at a grand and have a higher energy bill.

COLD!
About 2 weeks in and this chiller is working great with my 200 gallon cold plunge tub. I have it set up in my non air conditioned garage here in TX. It’s been 95+ degrees since set up and the chiller is easily keeping water in the low 50s. I had it set at 42 initially which was far too cold for me to handle. Set up was fairly easy as long as you carefully follow instructions. I would recommend this chiller to anyone in the market.

Great and Affordable Product
The media could not be loaded. This review is based on owning and using the As Cold Plunge Chiller 1/3HP for about 2 weeks with daily use.Set up is very easy. I HIGHLY URGE you to first go through the entire owners manual and installation guide. Some things didn’t make sense, intuitively, but after observing assembly in the guide, it made sense. DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE PRE-FAB HOSES.During assembly, just keep in mind that most of the adapters and fitting are plastic. These are not rigid accessories and require careful handling. Everything can be tighten by hand, just be sure to use the water sealant tape that’s provided at all threaded/screw on connections. One thing that we did struggle with initially was getting the water temp to sustain a lower temp between the 40s and 50s. I don’t think the guide does a good job in outlining the solution for this but what we found help was keeping the gray valve on top of the filter in the “OFF” position. With the valve OFF, you should notice more flow coming out of the inlet of the tub. This is indicative by the water flow and bubbles coming out of the inlet side. Only in this state did we find that the Chiller did its job and everything was super cold and now sustains the desired lower temperatures.Again, this is only after 2 weeks of daily use, but the wife and I are pretty happy with it and impressed for how much it cost. We are currently using the smaller tub, I believe it’s the 60 gallon small cylindrical type.I plan to update this review at the 1 month and 2 month mark, we continued daily use.**1 MONTH UPDATE**Chiller is still working great! Sustains low temps of 51F. I turn it off for 24hrs every 5 days, just because. We have consistently been using it every day, almost twice a day, except for the days we turn it off. At 1 month of almost continuous operation, I’m pretty impressed.

Don’t even bother
DO NOT PURCHASE! It arrived early which is a plus. Set up took 30 minutes but had to guess on a couple steps due to vague information in manual. Once I got it up in working, it took more than 24 hrs to get it to cold. It does not shut off automatically when reached desired temp. It also displays the wrong temp. Water is very cold, another plus! WORST PART, this thing leaks and leaks bad. They provide you with plumber tape but do not tell you where or how to use it!! I went ahead and disassembled it used the tape and still leaking leaking LEAKING!!! Sending this back to get my money. Water everywhere and not one cold plunge….

Works for our portable plunge and customer service has been great.
We started using this back in July and so far has been working very well. Our polar plunge is outdoors in NC and it keeps the water at 57 degrees. You do have to make sure it gets enough air so it doesn't get too hot while running just like anything else like this. We've only had a couple of questions, though I couldn't find an actual website I was able to email customer service and both times they replied quickly and was very helpful. I'll update my review in a few more months of use if something has changed.
