Works perfectly as advertised. Item was dirty on arrival however supplier swiftly rectified the issue & provided Avenue for item to be cleaned. No complaints. Great customer service. Item works 100%. No damage. Very happy! 5*

Looks and feels great, using on PC, connected fine and works perfectly

Worth it just for the trigger grips.
Love these grips on the triggers. So far it's the only Xbox controller with this feature and it does make a difference. Can't go back now so hopefully this will be included in more controllers in the future.

Decent controller but headphone jack broke within first week.
Good controller but headphone jack died within first week and barely functions, however the controller grips are nice, runble is smooth, but the rumble motors in the triggers don't work on any popular titles, so to be honest I wouldn't buy this again.

I would rate this no stars if I could as after just 4 months this controller just stopped working and died. Total waste of money!!
