It has immensely reduce mineralization false alerts so much that when it alerts. I don’t get mineralization alerts until I get to the waterline, then I just turn around and head back up. Sue to this accuracy, I always know I'm finding a real item at the depth it says. I found a dime at about 10” and an airplane rivit at over 8”. This 11” DD search coil is spot on with faster swings, acurate pinpointing and item identification. I have found so many coins with this in way less time than my Pro level Detector. It is not real clear on the depth of anything that the device alerts on. You really need to know what type of material you are looking for and how deep it might be.
