I was diagnosed this year with osteoporosis and did not want to take medication so I looked for alternatives ways to retain or even improve my bone density and a rebounder was at the top of the list. I researched and found the BCAN was highly recommended as a good quality product. I purchased it and can say without a doubt that it has met all my expectations and then some. It was easy to assemble, very quiet when in use as advertised and well made. It is very sturdy as well. Actually, one small part was missing which I would need to disassemble the rebounder so I contacted the Company via email and they got back to me immediately and shipped the missing part right away. Their customer service was excellent. Therefore, if you are looking for a good quality rebounder look no further. This one is worth the price. I purchased the 48 inch as I wanted the extra room to move when working out and I am glad I did.

The company responded so quickly to our inquiries with a link on Amazon US. When I told them it wouldn’t send to Canada they asked for our address and are sending replacement bungees directly! The trampoline is sturdy, good quality, easy to assemble. The screw threads of one of the legs was defective, but we were able to fix it, thus avoiding calling customer support or returning the item. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

Update #2: the manufacturer sent me a new mat (which was identical from what I could tell to the old mat) via expedited delivery, which was greatly appreciated. Seems to be working fine - time will tell how long it lasts. Update: the manufacturer got back to me through Amazon, and offered to send a new mat directly… I will update this review if they follow through in the replacement. Decent Design, poor quality. Had mine for about four months and used is 1-2 times per week, Then the seams started fraying, and then one of the anchor loops broke free. I can see more of the seams breaking/fraying and I am expecting it to be un-safe and un-useable shortly. Tried to reach out to BCAN's customer service through Amazon and then BCAN's website and phone number but got no response.
