I suspect it's only a matter of time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ handy small device to deal with small amounts of ingredients which need to be pulverised *by T***K on 4 October 2022* I am currently on a very low fat diet which requires me to do even more cooking from scratch than usual. Many of the recipes use lots of garlic/ginger/chillies/herbs/spices... in order to make fish/meat/poultry/vegetables, interesting & palatable instead of using the butter/oil/cream...which one used when cooking previously. Although the amounts used are not great (I cook for just two of us, day to day), this does take out a lot of the chopping/mincing/grating. I looked at what was available, and some of the cheaper options did look a bit flimsy. I read reviews which were variable. In the end I paid a bit more and purchased this. While it is not quite as robust as I might have wished, I have been pleased and satisfied. It is easy (once accustomed) to use and wash. I have the standard size appliances, but they are simply too large and cumbersome for the small amounts I am dealing with.
