Built quality is good, however as mentioned at order and packaging about size of 5XL it does not seems to be 5XL. The beans filling also seem to be less as it should be in a 5XL bag. Nevertheless it still does the job perfectly.

The bean bag received was not as described. It was advertised as 5XL adult size, but the actual size was smaller and suitable only for children. The material quality was also not satisfactory. Based on my experience, the product did not meet expectations. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service from Amazon customer care service. Even after 15 days, the refund has not been initiated and there is no proper tracking or clear communication regarding the status. This is very unprofessional
