Should have bought this years ago - no more bottles
My tap water is undrinkable for me - and gallon water bottles are just too much to drag home and I go through a gallon a day. Plus not cheap. This is easy to use - it is evident how it works - and a big relief. Tastes good - nice and clean.

Worth The Buy!! Yummy H20.
I am so happy with the product. I am glad I ordered it with the 3 filter. It will save me time. But the pitcher is super easy to use amd the water is so clear and tastes amazing. It is definitely worth the money. Filtration speed is pretty fast which is perfect. The size and quality is good too. Overall again so happy with this. My kids drink a lot of water so this was needed and they all love it too.

Water pitcher works well for filtering sediment; water tastes good. Customer Service is excellent.
I ordered the water pitcher with a filter, and I also ordered a set of 3 extra filters. The pitcher filters the water well. I won't say the water is "softer" but it tastes better than water straight from the tap. I like the 10-cup size for just the two of us; it's easy to refill as needed. The color of the pitcher is good; I like the clearness of the pitcher so that I can see how much water is left in the pitcher (or whether it needs to be refilled. The filler opening at the top is interesting because when the reservoir is full, the opening auto closes. My minor suggestion to the company is to increase the size of the spout so that it's easier to pour the water into a water bottle with a small opening (an opening the size of a bottle of soda). What I really appreciated is the customer service of this company. Krystal, was a tremendous help in fixing the minor issue I had with the filter replacements (one was missing). Her professionalism, her can-do attitude, her immediate response to get me what I needed as quickly as possible turned an average purchase into a wow! moment. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate Krystal's help and excellent customer service and more than satisfactory resolution.
