PAGARIA Bike 14W Bluetooth Wired Outdoor Speaker - Black

I had this installed on my RE about a week ago and driven it for 400 kms with it. Here are my honest thoughts: Pros: - Clear Audio (lacks bass, but at this price point this is great). - Audible even at 100kmph cruising speeds on the highway. - Looks cool - Can play music via phone (bluetooth) and through a memory card. - Backlit music controls with decent button quality. - Comes with everything you need to install it. - No wire cutting needed. - Tested at 100kmph speeds for a long stretch (Classic vibrates a lot at this speed). Still everything works great and is stable. - It is safer to listen music through speakers while riding than through headphones. Because you can still clearly hear all the other sounds on the road and stay alert. Cons: - Clamp that attaches the speakers to the mirrors seem a little weak and are susceptible to breaking at the socket near the mirror. - FM radio doesn't work properly. But I can still play FM through the phone via Bluetooth. Some general thoughts: - Use two metallic washers on both sides while fixing speakers. That will make them less prone to breakage. That said, it is better to find other places (or a stronger after market clamp) to fix the speakers than mirrors. - I am yet to test this in rain conditions, so I can't comment on its waterproofing quality. - if you have a single rod type handbar, then either use an aftermarket middle bar fixture or go for a handlebar with an extra connecting rod like mine to bring down the vibrations (important for RE owners). - My touring mirrors have started to vibrate even more after fixing these speakers making them useless to see objects when riding at high speeds. - Do not use the audio system when the engine is Off as it will drain your battery. - Avoid playing music in heavy traffic areas or near cops. While this equipment is legal, you might attract a challan for disturbing other riders. (Not my experience, but I read about a Honda Gold wing rider that got challaned in Delhi for playing his inbuilt factory fitted stock music system). So, use this only in highways or free roads for your own safety. All in all a good audio system at this price.

Sound is good but not loude

I am using it for an year. Product is well built, switch quality is good. Speaker volume is good. I could able to listen to songs even at 80kmph speed in highways. Bluetooth connection is instant Negative : Holder for speaker is too poor. It will break due to vibration, unless the speaker is rested on other sold surface of the bike. Where it does not move. Could not use radio. As I do not get signal. Could provide a calling feature with microphone or atleast small display to see the caller. So that we does not Want to Stop the bike for unnecessary calls.

DONT BUY IT THE TRAFFIC POLICE cut challan of my bike worth 2000 rupees even it was OFF and no music was playing they saw the mp3 controller and checked it and Told me to remove it or my bike will be seized and The sound quality is absolutely poor and iam not talking about the bass which is non existent but iam talking about the overall sound experience the sound is so low that you cant even hear it properly while the bike is still parked you can hear the sound if you bring your ears closer to the speaker which is absolutely bogus The FM Radio is very gimmicky DO NOT BUY!!

Such a great gadget to have not only for your highway trips, but also for your daily commute. 1) Build quality of the product is great and feels solid. All buttons give a good feed back. So 5* for it. 2) Bluetooth connectivity is just so easy. I am Just loving this feature. wowwww. So 5* for it. 3) FM connectivity is good, but it totally depends on the signal reception. So 4* for it. 5) Sound output and clarity of sound output in high volumes is just mind blowing. With helmet on and travelling at 100+ speeds too you can able to listen to the audio clearly. But when you are driving in city traffic you can reduce the volume and still enjoy the music on the go. So 5* again. A sure attention grabber and with my Avenger 220 street I now seriously "FEEL LIKE GOD" :-) A must have for all those motoring freaks. Happy motoring!

It is a very good quality product with waterproofing. This is really good if you travel within the city at speeds <60. If you go beyond that you wont hear the music clearly. Of course I have a royal enfield machismo 350 (No noisy silencer). For me it was really good till the speeds of 70 beyond that it is not good. So, If anyone interested to buy this item for long ride companion, better choose some other option(If your ride is also a thumper... Other bikes I am not sure). Within city or speeds of 60-65kmph this one is awesome.

Love this thing. Got it for my jeep cos i didnt want to put in something complicated and expensive. it sits week on my dashboard with the included mounts and brackets. i did however use my own set of JBL 4 inch speakers beacuse i already had them available. but i did connect the provided speakers and they sound great. I wish this had a connection for 4 speakers instead of 2 then i could use these too. but as it is its great. Bluetooth connects without a hitch and no skipping or bad quality. good bass, FM is decent and the sd card works great too. Plus, it is waterproof, so no worries about mud splashes
