Delicious!
I heard about Rumba meats from Silvia at Abuela's Kitchen youtube channel. I took advantange of the 25% coupon and decided to place an order. I received my order within a week, all the meats were frozen and vacuumed sealed for freshness. It also came with recipe cards, I froze the rest of the meats and left one tongue thawing overnight. The next day, I placed in a crockpot for about 7 hours, the tongue is large and it fed a family of 4, the meat is tender and delicious. I sauté chopped onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes in olive oil, added a little cumin, then added the cubed tongue meat. Thank you Rumba, I will be ordering more in the future.

Excellent quality!
The quality (and size) of these tongues is amazing! They arrived packed well and frozen solid. We cooked one for dinner that night, and it was delicious-tender and very flavorful. Looking forward to trying their other products. I would highly recommend Rumba Meats.
