Fits perfectly on my 2012 GMC Sierra 1500, comes with the hardware NOTE:I DID HAVE TO USE 2 OF THE ORIGINAL BOLTS BECAUSE LOCATION WITH WELDED NUT WAS TO SMALL FOR THE BOLTS. other than that it lined up perfectly. I don't recommend doing it on your own, but I did; it is tedious heavy but not to bad. Looks like it will be very durable.
