An extremely interesting volume in the wonderful deluxe reprint of Dick Tracy by IDW. Chet Gould is by now on the threshold of his golden age (the 40's), and the first of his unforgettable masterpieces appears on this volume (the story of Jerome and Mamma). Other highlights include the return of Stooge Viller in a particularly moving sequence, the tales of the amnesiac girl Mary X and that of the Indian hypnotist, who is able to control Tracy's will. A must for all serious Tracy's aficionados!
