Very nice, take a peek of how I use it...
Simply put, I love it. But remember, current raid drives always use 1 of the drives as a backup. Since I also have a TerraMaster 6, I use that 6 drive raid as a backup and decided to set this 4 bay as a raid zero. Remember - that means you have no backup in the drive bay, but you gain nearly full capacity. I did this to act as a unit for tests of my software data work...

Been great for Using Plex to wacth movies
Have had for 1-2 months and is my first NAS. Has been great for watching movies on Plex. Took a little learning to get set up, but i think alot of that is this being my first NAS. Its been awesome, a nice investment so i can now watch all our physical movies from anywhere now.

The good, the bad, and the fugly
Good:: kinda cost-effective solution. Capacity for three nvme slots and four hard drive bays is attractive. You can install any kind of NAS OS on it (TrueNAS, Uniraid, ZimaOS, etc). Double Ethernet connections (2.5GB but you can bridge them), their proprietary TRAID solution maximizes storage. Especially if you have different HD sizes. Nice amount of default RAM (16 GB) and you could double it if you need more for more intensive tasks. Availability via mobile and desktop apps. Boise levels are OK. Bad: the installation can be a tad confusing. I recommend doing it via the desktop app because on mobile it will use all the drives. Cool if thatโs your thing. Iโd rather use the mvmeโs for OS install and/or read write cache and the hard drives for storage. Synchronization takes forever (and Iโm not using high capacity drives. At most 8 Tab). Their selection of Native apps is OK for the most part, but the Community app section lacks some documentation. Fugly: their native docker implementation is horrible. Portainer would help but not by much. Not as intuitive as other NAS brands out there. Their Warranty Registration system is dismal and buggy. 13 days in and they still wonโt resolve an issue I have with their registration system and looks like I will have to wait 6 days more because they went on holidays the agents try to help but itโs frustrating to have the agents not provide a solution when you have provided ample evidence that Iโve done exactly the same troubleshooting steps I did and the results are the same. This unit still in the initial exchange period so I think I will return it and look for the competition as an alternative. Terramaster might be good on paper, but I might end up looking for greener pastures.

Happy with my purchase.
Itโs small for what it holds and works really well and if you have silent drives it it is silent as well. Got a Seagate Exos in it and an M2 SSD to boot off of and it is almost completely silent unless I am transferring stuff to it. Loading SATA drives is trivial and tool free while loading in an M2 drive involves taking off the shell but so long as you know how to add them on a PC normally you will find it easy as well. Also, you can configure the drives to spin down when they arenโt in use for a while to save power and wear on the drives when you arenโt using them. Got it running Plex and it does it perfectly and so long as it isnโt transcoding the CPU usage is around 2-3% usage so just fine and can do transcoding in hardware so not even that is a big deal. The only time it had an issue was when I was sending a large number of files to it using the windows file sharing service at the same time as a video was playing and the video started buffering because I was maxing out the system. But that was on me so not really an issue. This isnโt a workstation NAS, this is a purpose built NAS to handle file serving and media server silently and efficiently. Use it as such and you will be happy with it. If you are wanting a workstation NAS that is strong enough to be replace your desktop, you will need to look elsewhere and pay twice as much or more while using a lot more electricity to do it. The way I do it, install an M2 and put the OS and Plex or any other app you want to run on the M2 and then your main files on the bigger drives. That you your menus and apps all load fast and then your bigger drives donโt actually start spinning up till they are running stuff. With Plex, you can navigate the menu as fast as the drive will go and the SATA drives doesnโt need to run until you actually launch the video.

Nice hardware, software is meh
I bought this after owning a QNAP for ten years. N150 essentially gives me the same power as the 3rd gen i7 I had except tdp is 6w instead of 65w. So I like the CPU and the 3x m.2 slots. The software looked like trash compared to qnap and Synology, but I had no intention of using it. Easily installed debian, zfs, cockpit, docker and portainer. I have a small 250gb m.2 for the OS, a 2TB WD red m.2 for frigate recordings and swap, anything that needs caching. Then 4x 12tb drives in a zfs array. Using a 2.5bt switch I can pull about 1.3gbps off of the zfs array. I'm taking off 1 star because the software looks worse than what competitors had ten years ago, would not trust it.

Great nas
The software is very versatile. Backups are a breeze I have 4 20 TB drives in it and the load time is imperceptible.

Great Unraid home server
This NAS has been running Unraid great for the last 2 months. I didn't even try the OEM OS but installing Unraid was fast and easy. Opening it up to add my M.2 SSD was super easy. The brushed aluminum shell looks nice and feels sturdy. The N150 has plenty of power to run a media stack but I wouldn't try to run VMs on it also. I have all my VMs on a separate Proxmox machine. One of the disks slots (the far right one closest to the M.2 SSDs bay) seems to run a little warmer than the others with heavy writes like rebuilding parity but it still manages to keep that drive just under 50 Celsius so I can live with it. The sizes fits well in a 10 inch mini rack.

Excellent bang for buck. Easy to set up. Stable and provides a huge amount of storage opportunity.
Great little box. Provides a huge amount of storage. Tos 6 operating system is stable and easy to use. I started using it mostly for backup and running Plex. I then added home assistant. But now I use it to run a bunch of docker containers for various applications. Including hosting and running some AI agents. Thank goodness I bought this in the hard drives before the crazy price increases we've seen lately . I would've liked to have added some NVME storage but current market prices make this prohibitive. It is so easy to set up. Anyone can do it. Mine sits in a server rack on a shelf underneath my switches.
