Good for inflammation
I definitely feel a difference with inflammation. I pair it with glucosamine, and curcumin w/capcasin.I didn't notice energy really, they don't smell, easy to swallow, and effective I'd say for pain relief. I have tried a few different ginger supplements, and this one is the better one so far.
