Derby Professional Single Edge Razor Blade 100 Pieces

Second time purchasing these! They last for ages and If you are using a straight razor these blades are the one for you!Definately recommend. Super sharp so they glide over the skin and cut through the hair like butter! Easy to use!

I got these as the recommended purchase with the Sharpy shavette being sold on Amazon.I'm bearded and using the shavette to 'clean' my beard lines sort of weekly.I was a bit apprehensive about trying a 'cut throat' razor and I did cut my finger putting the blade into the unit before I used it- oops! This was more down to my own carelessness/ inexperience than anything at all wrong with the shaver/ blades! But I didn't think that this boded too well for shaving really!But, after three shaves so far: no nicks and much, much less irritation certainly than in the bad old cartridge razor days! You have to be a little bit careful obviously but I only wish I had tried this years ago in all honesty!These blades have done the business for me anyway! Fantastic shaves at sort of 5p a blade. I reckon it'll be maybe a penny a shave for me- not too bad! Certainly an upgrade on paying a fortune for cr@p shaves with expensive cartridge razors with blades that got clogged up with shaving foam/ gel and hair and were hard to clean after only one shave! Back then I thought: I must be doing this wrong. You do when you're only fourteen years old don't you! But I was far from alone in this experience I now know! So nope it wasn't me: it's just a rotten product! You have to hand it to the 'marketeers' of these big wet shave companies I suppose with the adverts for their rubbish that are never off the telly! Raheem Sterling is a very good poster boy for their duff product actually! He's as good at football as their product is at shaving you! That is: not very! :-)Happy shaving friends!

These razor blades are really high quality and give a clean, smooth shave every time. I especially like that they come already cut in half, which makes them super convenient and easy to use. They feel professional-grade and last well too. Great value for the price and I’ll definitely buy them again.

I bought these Derby Professional single edge razor blades for regular home use. The pack of 100 pieces is good value and convenient to keep as a long-lasting supply. The blades are sharp enough for general use and easy to replace when needed. Each blade feels practical and suitable for careful trimming or shaving tasks. Overall, this is a useful and economical pack of razor blades for everyday use.

I bought these just to score sourdough bread with and they are perfect for this purpose. As there is just one sharp edge I can easily hold the blade and put my finger on top of it without cutting myself. I use one side for scoring out a little design and the other to make the big score across, get great cuts every time. With so many blades in the box I won't be needing any more any time soon, but when I do I will be buying these again. You can't buy just the dough scoring tool for this price normally, so it's really really great value to get so many blades for just a few quid.I obviously wouldn't personally recommend holding just the blade to anyone else, as it is very sharp and not very big so your fingers are close to the sharp bit. Be safe.

Previously, I simply snapped the well known sword blade double blade in half and use them in my shavette. They lasted long but you don't get many for the price.So I tried the 100 box of these single blade, they shave me well. The amount of blades I buy (as I've bought them more than once now) means that on the rare occasion a blade doesnt seem to shave right, I can throw it away, if it doesn't cut to my liking. These packets of blades last me a long time. I dont shave everyday, as a thorough shave with these will often last me two days before I need to shave again. For example a throw away Bic razor shaves me about as close as these do on the second day without me shaving. Safety Razors don't cut as close as a cutthroat shavette or razor does.In the UK, an adult has to be in to recieve the " parcel" for safety reasons, they won't just put it through your letterbox.It's a pain in the b*m, but I completely see the reason why, I wouldn't want children to get a hold of them first.The courier did an awful job, not even giving me time to get to my gate before he was off. No razor blades 🤬 Amazon rang me to say I'd missed my delivery, I told them I hadn't missed the delivery the courier was gone before I could open my gate another delivery was arranged for the next day. This time I got my razor blades.Value for money? Yes.
