### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fancy Dishes, Occasional Recipes

The books is well printed eith good quality paper. The dishes are exquisite and fancy and not something you will cook every week or weekend. I tried few dishes, instructional were adequate but will need some help from youtube.

I loved the way the books is written. A small two liner introduction to the recipe is just awesome, It tells what Inspired Chef Vikas Khanna to remember that recipe and put it up in the book.Good explanation of the recipe makes it easy for a reader to understand and make it.

### ⭐ Misleading title...

Don't want to comment on how good or bad the book is - because I'm not an authority in the cookbook domain. What I definitely have a grouse with is the title of the book and the blurb or synopsis provided which is misleading.When I purchase a book titled 'Everyone can cook' what I'm expecting is some variant of Cooking for Dummies. That, this Vikas Khanna work is definitely not. Most of the recipes given are highly esoteric dishes which you'd only be able to order in a gourmet restaurant or a 5 star hotel. Most of them would also involve ingredients which would be extremely difficult to source as well for an Indian audience. It is very difficult to make these in a normal Indian kitchen unless you're preparing for Masterchef auditions. In fact they should have titled this something like 'Pre-Masterchef must do's'!Also,putting it out there for future potential buyers - not too many Indian recipes. Plenty of recipes involving the meats which are generally not available/ eaten in India as well.
