M-Seal Phataphat is a fast-setting, two-part epoxy putty designed for sealing, bonding, and repairing a wide range of surfaces including metal, wood, glass, and ceramics. It cures in 30 minutes to a durable, heat-resistant mass that can be drilled or painted, making it ideal for industrial, electrical, automotive, and general household applications.

## Description

M-SEAL PHATAPHAT is a faster setting two component, multi-purpose epoxyputty. It is useful in sealing, gripping, joining & insulating variety ofsurfaces like ferrous and non-ferrous metals, porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite, asbestos,glass, wood, and certain plastics. M-SEAL PHATAPHAT on curing exhibits tough & long lastingbond. It sets in 25-30 minutes into a hard mass that can be drilled, filed, tapped, machined, cutand then painted. M-SEAL PHATAPHAT has very good electrical insulating properties and thecured product is resistant to moisture, heat, mild acids & alkali.APPLICATION AREA:INDUSTRIAL: Sealing blowholes, cracks, and leakage’s in ferrous and non-ferrous castings,pumps and mould boxes etc. It gives smooth finish to joints & corners and sealing holes/cracksin wooden and metal patterns. Sealing of leakage/cracks in metal fabrications, industrial vessels,boilers, hulls of ships, boats and trawlers. Sealing water supply mains, storage tanks, concretesewer pipes, heat exchanger coils etc. Repairing of damaged internal threads of various types ofmachine pumps. Sealing cracks in casings of meters/gear-box etc.ELECTRICAL: Sealing and insulating cable terminators, cable entries into switch boxes,machines etc. Covering and insulating underground and overhead twist-joints of aluminiumconductors. Sealing flanges and cable entry portions of conventional cable-joints/moulds tomake them moisture-proof.
