You can see by the smell of it that its just moringa, concentrated moringa. I have natural moringa powder and it smells the same than this tablets . They dont come with any plastic or chemical ingredients, its just green moringa, there is not colorfull plastic capsule stlye. I dont have any big skin problems but as long as I can see it helps taking care of your skin and it helps with your nutrition if you are a vegan or vegetarian specially helped me take care of iron levels. Of course the best thing is taking just the powder, raw and natural, but for that you need a kitchen, a blender... As moringa powder is uneatble 😂😅 for real, tastes very strong and you need to mix it. So thats a very good option for traveling or for people who doesnt wanna make a full moringa smothie every day, or who just cant stand the taste. The tablets are very good. They don't break in the bottle or in the mouth. Moringa is a superfood, very rich in nutrients and antioxidants.
