I've had a number of led flashlights and they keep getting better. I bought two of these about a year ago and like them so much I just bought two more. They are VERY improved over prior LEDs. First, they are brighter, LOTS brighter. Second, they have an easy to use push pull zoom. Third, they have a digital read out to tell you how much charge you have left, and it also tells you how much charge you have as they are charging. Fourth, and this is a big help, after you have had the flashlight on one of the settings for 5 seconds (high, medium, low, flashing or SOS) the next time you hit the button, it turns it off without having to click through the rest of the settings. I really like that. Fifth, they are small and fit in a glove box or pocket nicely. I now have 4 of them.

These flashlights came with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, which is huge for me, because it seems like every time I need a flashlight, it has flat AAs in it. They even have a display to show their battery life. They have a ten-watt LED bulb, which surprised me quite a bit when I first used one of them. It was like shining a car's headlight into my back yard! That's my prevailing opinion: they are very bright, are inexpensive, don't require constantly buying replacement AAs, and you can change the beam size by adjusting the position of the lens. They are also very compact and seem to be made out of aluminum, and feel durable. Highly recommended.

Excellent small flashlight. Interesting that they don't even make a lumens claim, but it's a bunch. Nice, perfectly round beam with uniform brightness from edge to edge at both maximum spread and maximum zoom/focus, and relatively uniform in between. Large, easy to find with your fingers switch, although it is on the side. One of my favorite features is that it is powered by an 18650 battery, which is a very powerful beast, and is relatively common. So no throwing this flashlight away just because the built in battery no longer holds a charge. Just replace it. The standard process to recharge this battery is to connect the flashlight to a USB charger and charge it in-place. However, it is easily swapped out for a new one, either when the old one eventually fails, or just because I need extended life, so I bring an extra 18650 battery or two. Haven't used it continuously enough to comment on the claimed 12 hour run time. I would assume that that is on low (which is still a lot of light). I also have not had the flashlight long enough to gauge it's durability. Still, would I recommend them? Yes. In fact, after my wife bought the first pair while she was traveling, and brought one home to her very discerning hubby, he (I) liked them so much, I bought two more pairs. In my opinion, these are especially excellent flashlights.

Great, bright, flashlights! The hold a charge for a long, useful time. BUT....They ar NOT waterproof!! I took them on a 1-hour cave dive. They held out and did a great job on the dive. But they did not survive! I'll order 2 more and just not submerge them.

I honestly wasn't expecting this much performance for the price. The flashlight is incredibly bright and lights up a large area with ease. It also charges quickly, so I don't have to wait long before using it again. It's lightweight but feels solid in the hand, making it easy to carry for camping, emergencies, or around the house. The beam is powerful, and I like that I can adjust the focus depending on what I need. For this price, it's one of the best value flashlights I've purchased.
