Is this product soy free?

If a Pure Encapsulations' product contains ingredients that are derived from major allergens, such as soy, dairy or shellfish, it is prominently labeled and the term "hypoallergenic" is removed from the statement of identity on the product label. The P5P 50 is labeled as hypoallergenic and so is soy free.

Is this product yeast-free?

Ingredients are p5p 50 mg, ascorbyl palmitate (fat soluable vitamin C) 3 mg, other ingredients as: hypo-allergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water). the label then states it is sourced to avoid artificial additives, allergens, environmental contaminants, and added excipents, from their website, P5P 50 is pyridoxal 5' phosphate (P5P), the activemetabolite and predominant form of plasma pyridoxine(vitamin B6).* Pure Encapsulations P5P50is synthetically derived. Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate) is derived from corn dextrosefermentation and palm oil. Hypo-allergenic plant fiber isderived from pine cellulose. Pure Encapsulations supplements are hypoallergenic. All two-piece capsules are hypoallergenic and vegetarian.There are absolutely no added coatings, binders, shellacs, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners or colors, fragrance or excipients in our products that would disrupt or diminish the bioavailability of any of our ingredients. We do not use magnesium stearate in any of our formulas. Our products also do not contain wheat, gluten, nuts, egg, preservatives or hydrogenated oils. Furthermore, we have a comprehensive allergen SOP in place to prevent ingredient cross-contamination. All manufacturing takes place in temperature, humidity and dust-controlled rooms. Each piece of equipment is dismantled and sterilized before each production run. This includes scales, mills, blenders, powder fillers, encapsulating machines and capsule counters. Our warehouse is climate controlled in order to maximize the stability of our raw materials and finished products. Sorry this doesn't answer about yeast directly, but it does tell you a lot about the company, the products, and indirectly, what is and what isn't in the P5P and some of the products. It's at least all I know.
