2 Pins. To my 1
My tuners arrived in perfect shape. They are 2 pin tuners. My Squier tele was 1 pin setup. I didn’t know this before I ordered. I was able to make the necessary modifications without problems. I’m very satisfied with the new tuners. The stock ones had gotten notchy. These are very smooth. If you don’t want to modify your guitar it’s easy to check to see what you have before ordering. Update: After months of use these tuners have gotten better. They are now extremely precise and rock solid. Good looks too.

Affordable, so far, great product!
After 3 months of being using this product, I can say I'm happy so far. Not much difference with similar tuning keys that cost much more. If your budget is tight, This is the way to go.

Great Replacements — But Pay Attention to Pins
I needed to revamp an old guitar and these tuning pegs were a near-perfect match. Quality-wise they are excellent; good weight, solid-feeling action, attractive appearance. But the inserts on the bottom of the tuning heads consist of two pins, not a single one, like the old heads. I knew this when buying them and figured I could modify the headstock, which is what I did.You can see in my images the old type compared to the new for a clear picture of what I'm talking about. These pins slide into small holes in the wood of the guitar head for additional stability. You can see the single inner hole versus the two outer pins. What I ultimately did was simply drill two additional holes per tuning peg into the headstock on either side of the original hole (green arrows in image). To get the placement of the new holes right, you can put the tuning peg in place and firmly press down it, which will allow the pins to make indentations where the holes need to be drilled (also visible in one of the images). This process is very simple if you're handy with power tools; just make sure you use the correctly sized drill bit, and that you're careful not to drill too deep into the wood. The extra hole in the middle will not affect anything and will be covered up by the tuning peg.One last tip. Some people complained about imperfections in the chrome finish, but there are actually little clear stickers on each individual head to protect them (see last image). Remember to remove these little stickers once you're done installing everything, and you should be good to go. Good luck!

For a 2005 Squier Affinity Series Stratocaster, these fit.
I couldn't really find any other product here, on Guitar Center, or on Reverb that would fit my guitar, except for this listing by Musiclily. I had actually purchased Wilkinson tuners by mistake that I repurposed for another guitar, after reading reviews/answers that said "yes this fits Squier Strats :)" and then finding out I'd have to drill holes for that to be a correct answer. So, if you have an '00s Squier Affinity Strat, this is basically the ONLY machine head available to you. It fits perfectly, no need to drill (although they included extra screws for no reason), and it holds its tune as well as the headstock design allows it to. The gear turning is about equal to the stock tuners - as it ages, it'll probably get worse. But hey, this is a minimal investment to keep your minimal investment guitar playing well. I wasn't expecting a Graph-Tech or Hipshot-level machine head, but these will do their job.Excuse the string wraps, I'm still working on my restringing skills.

Perfect drop-in for Squier Strats
I have a Squier Stratocaster neck with no tuners. I searched EVERYWHERE for tuners, even China! Musiclily is the only web seller that has Squier six inline, 2 pin tuners that fit perfectly in the neck headstock. Well-made and very easy to install.

Disappointed
Bought these a few months ago and had them on hand to use when needed. They are listed as upgrade for standard import 2 pin mount tuners. I Tried to install them today and was extremely disappointed with quality. First one i installed had a piece of black tape over a chrome spot like these were renewed or used refurbished tuners. The next tuner i tried to install had faulty or stripped threads. Simply would not thread to tighten tuner to headstock. At that point it was clear these tuners were junk. Its hard to find these tuners with 2 pin mount for imports. You're better off with what you have. These are not an upgrade these are a downgrade set of tuners.

Perfect fit for Yamaha Pacifica 112
I was looking for replacement tuners for my 25 year old Yamaha Pacifica 112. These drop in perfectly without the need to drill holes etc. They might not be better quality than the originals but the old ones were fine as well. I just wanted to install black tuners. Great product if you mod the guitar.

Excellent
Very nice quality. I like double-pin mounts since no screw holes to drill. You have to drill accurately, but easy enough to do with a slow drill. Get the marks by pressing the tuner into its hole hard so that the pins bruise the wood. Then easy to see where to drill. Even if you have to drill slightly oversize you won't see anything once the tuner is installed. Great tuning stability and smooth key rotation, no grittiness like with cheap tuners.
