i read that the unscented ones have scent, is this true?

The ones i have recieved have no scent. I've been buying the unscented for over a year, I've never had any scent on them.

Are these as thick ar the brewze pads?

It appears as if they are the same thickness as the Breeze brand. They both look very much alike and operate in much the same manner.

Has anyone ever purchased the lemon scent ones? If so how strong is the smell??

You get a hint of lemon before, but after its urinated on you just get the urine smell
